Solidarity Kitchen’s presents Bajan Station at Stoneburner
Founder K D Stringer will be serving flavors and aromas of conscious Caribbean cuisine
Bajan Station will be hosting a Caribbean street food experience on Monday, February 26th, beginning at 4 pm. Bajan Station specializes in serving authentic Bajan food, Rastafarian Ital dishes (vegan), and other West Indian island cuisine.
Founder K D Stringer will be cooking at Stoneburner for roughly 100 guests, and the menu will be served a la carte, serving walk-in only. All proceeds for the evening will benefit the Bajan Station as they continue working to open the first fully electric food truck in town. A special drinks menu will also be provided by the Stoneburner bar to compliment the Bajan Station menu. The evening will be informal, delicious, and full of incredible flavors.
K D is a Solidarity Kitchens participant, a program of African Community Housing & Development that is supporting market access and customer engagement opportunities for a cohort of African Diaspora chefs.
